WARRANTY

Carbon 6 Global LTD will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a valid claim is submitted within 6 months of receipt of items.

 Warranty Conditions

• Please make sure that ALL of the following conditions are met:
• The product(s) have been fitted correctly to your vehicle, by Carbon 6.
• The claimed fault is a manufacturer defect, rather than damage caused by ill-fitting.
• The defect hasn’t been caused as a result of previous damage (stone chips, scrapes, accidents etc).
• The product in question is a genuine item provided by Carbon 6.

Warranty Exclusion

• Issue/ Damage caused by improper installation, negligence, accident, unfit operation environment, modification, tampering or other causes. Carbon 6 reserves the right for the ruling of the aforementioned situations
• Product damages or changes in appearance resulting from external factors or any unforeseen events.
• Carbon 6 shall not be responsible for shipping charges
• Product under “Clearance Sale”.

 Warranty Returns

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Carbon 6 global LTD to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
